The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.
Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a Keurig, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, ample storage space, and cable TVs in each bedroom.
Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall we loved the condo and the atmosphere. We stay at Golden Sands every year. This was one of my favorite condos.

We really only slept at the place but it was very clean and quiet!

After a 8 hour drive to the location we had the wait 2 hours because the code to the door would not open. I called the after hours number twice talked to two customer service rep’s. The first rep told me to wait for the manager to come and open the door and I waited then after waiting 2 hours I called again and the second customer service rep told security to give me the key to get in. I waited 2 hours when I could of just used the key from security. When we got in the condo it was a lot smaller than what the pictures showed and a few items were broken/not working. The condo was not properly cleaned as well. I cleaned the dirty areas myself. I took pictures and showed the property manager the following morning. They fixed a few of the things that were broken and I asked the property manager to compensate us for the issues we had but I have yet got a response. The view and the location and the quick access to the beach was great. If you don’t mind being in a dirty place with broken/not working items then this is the place for you. I will definitely be coming back to Ocean City, MD but not at this location.
