It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a breakfast bar for quick meals on the go, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was nice. It needed some cosmetic work- nothing major. Bed in 2nd bedroom was much too soft.
Beautiful ocean view. Bright and cheery. 10 digit code to unlock/lock the door a bit much- too difficult to remember. 6 digits would have been more appropriate and still very safe. Outdoor Pool area was ok- nothing special, but nice to have an outdoor pool. Also nice to have a gym, even if equipment was old.

Right on the beach with an excellent view. Easy access to the beach. Parts of this unit has been updated, some furniture needs updating. The unit was very clean. The Vacasa staff responded quickly to texts when needed. No need to stop at a realtor's office to check in & check out. Would recommend. Thanks!

The location of this condo was great, but unfortunately, the unit itself fell short. The place could have been cleaner—especially the shower curtain, which was dirty when we arrived. The balcony door was extremely hard to open, which made it tough to enjoy the outdoor space. The couch was ripped, giving the place a worn-down feel.
The biggest issue was the double bed in the bunk room. You could feel every pole through the mattress, which left me waking up with awful back pain each morning. It definitely needs to be replaced.
With some updates and a better cleaning crew, this could be a nice rental. But as it stands now, I wouldn’t recommend it without those improvements.
