The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Really cute and clean place. Great view and love the Tiki bar food and drinks.
No WiFi. A prior reviewer had posted this and I thought it must not be true but it is. The building WiFi does not make it into this unit so if you need that this place will not work for you. Also the shower has almost no water pressure.
Other than those things this was a nicely decorated place with tile floors and great views, access to the patio from the master bedroom and we had a great stay.

We had a nice trip with our gorgeous view and outside bar, pool and games. These were nice features that were exclusive to the Golden Sands guests. The wifi was horrible and the elevator service was poor. The wait was ridiculous. I took the stairs several times and beat my family to our room.Ovwrall. the trip was nice. The room was not the cleanest but acceptable.

We enjoyed the location, amenities, view and convenience. The master bedroom mattress was unbearably uncomfortable. The unit itself is not maintained or updated.
