About this apartment rental
Summary:
Gorgeous oceanside 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment one block from the beach in Ship Bottom, LBI. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and mini golf.
Summer 2025 season starts the last week of June and ends the first week of Sept with a 7 day minimum.
The Space:
Apartment B is on the 2nd story (requires 1 flight of stairs to access) and shares a small foyer with our other apartment. This unit has a living room, kitchen, master bedroom with king, 2nd bedroom with queen, and full bath with tub.
Shared spaces (common areas) with our other apartment across the hall:
-Washer and dryer is in the front foyer
-outdoor shower and beach chairs (located under the stairs going up to the apartment)
-small outdoor space in the back of the building which includes a picnic table, adirondack chairs and charcoal grill
The Neighborhood:
Down the block from Faria’s
One block from Hartland Golf and Arcade
Walking distance to the Port Hole restaurant and bar
Getting Around:
Free street parking. Great neighborhood for bike rentals and walking to activities and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
We love providing our guests with a home away from home experience. A few items to note that we provide:
-fully equipped kitchen
-2 small bags of coffee with coffee filters
-beach chairs and umbrellas
-bath towels, beach towels, sheets
-steamer for clothes
-4 Ship Bottom beach passes
-wifi
-smart TV to log into your own personal streaming accounts such as Netflix or Hulu

Lovely place to stay on LBI. The accommodations were clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great. Jackie shared clear instructions, good recommendations and she was very responsive.

Unit was well equiped. All items listed were available. Lovely unit. Heat and A/C worked well. Easy to use television. Instructions were clear for using the locks, HVAC and television.
