Beautiful downtown condo close to everything! One block from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. One flight of stairs to this 1st floor condo. Parking included and comes with a parking pass for the lot across the street.
Other Things to Note:
Spectrum TV is the TV service. Use that app or log into your own on the TV (remember to log
out before you leave)
The living room TV should be able to be controlled by the remote by the TV
The bedroom TV needs to be turned on with the Panasonic remote, then press the circle button
on the remote down 3 times, then press the middle of the circle to access HDMI 1. Then use
the Roku remote.
Steps for bedroom TV
Press power button
Press down on the circle area 3 times
Press the center of the circle, then use the Roku remote to access the Spectrum app

Everything about the condo is perfect from space, to decorations, bed comfort to the nice kitchen and bathroom, as well as close location to the heart of Traverse City. One thing we did not expect was the construction on the building next door — loud pounding before 8 in the morning. But that should be a short term problem.

Perfect Spot for a weekend getaway. Super close to everything

Location is excellent. Condo is as listed and nice as well. Communication with the management company is nonexistent. So the take away here is if everything works you are good, but if you have to reach out to the management company hired by the owner to manage the property you will not hear back on any and all issues willl be ignored.
