This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!
**Upgraded with a brand new King Bed Oct 2022 **
-Free parking in the Old Town Parking Garage with stays through 2022. **Starting 2023 we can no longer purchase passes for guest use. The cost is $45 for a full month so it makes sense to buy even for the weekend. We have adjusted our nightly rates down to offset the $45 If you have any questions just reach out. There is a link to purchase on line. Search Traverse City parking garage permits. Or please reach out with questons prior to your stay.

- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer. We will have 2 bikes upon request as well.
This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

This place is very clean and comfy!!! I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Had some trouble with the WiFi and didn’t hear back from the host until we were leaving so we weren’t able to use it. The parking situation is a little confusing. It seemed to me that parking was included, but it’s not. You have to pay or drive around looking for a free spot in the nearby neighborhood.

Great place to stay in downtown Traverse City! The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and made it easy to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The place was appropriate for what we needed, and the location was very convenient. It was an easy walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops.My main concern was that the listing was not as transparent as it could have been. While the description mentions that parking is not included, parking is still listed as an amenity, which is confusing. That information should be updated or removed. Similarly, the listing still states that the monthly parking pass costs 45, the city increases it to 75 starting a week before the Cherry Festival.The photos could also better represent the unit. The bedroom photo is not actually of the bedroom, and including a photo of the staircase would have been helpful. The unit is upstairs, and one of my children has a physical limitation, so knowing that in advance would have influenced our decision.There were also a few maintenance and usability issues. The kitchen light was not working, one of the bedroom blinds was very difficult to operate, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the kitchen had limited pots and pans for anyone planning to cook rather than eat out. Counter space was also limited, in part because there were two coffee machines taking up much of the available workspace.Overall, the unit met our basic needs and the location was a definite advantage. With a few updates to the listing and attention to the maintenance items, the experience would have been significantly better.
