Brand New Capri! Stunning downtown condo close to everything! Two blocks from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room.This condo is located at the corner of Cass St and E Eighth Street in the heart of downtown. Parking is first-come-first-serve with the Olde Town Parking Garage next door.

Everything was as advertised. An excellent location and property!

Very clean. However, there were no dressers to put your clothes. My husband lived out of his suitcase. I was able to use some of the shelving where the washer/dryer were located. The unit was not set up as the pictures showed and was uncomfortable to live in. Parking was very limited for the number of units which was disappointing.
