This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!
**Upgraded with a brand new King Bed Oct 2022 **
-Free parking in the Old Town Parking Garage with stays through 2022. **Starting 2023 we can no longer purchase passes for guest use. The cost is $30 for a full month so it makes sense to buy even for the weekend. We have adjusted our nightly rates down to offset the $30. If you have any questions just reach out. There is a link to purchase on line. Search Traverse City parking garage permits. Or please reach out with questons prior to your stay.

- Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible.
- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer. We will have 2 bikes upon request as well.
This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

Exceptionally clean! Comfortable bed. Host was very responsive when we had trouble with the keypad. We would stay here again in the future.
