The Space:
Step into comfort and style in this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just minutes from downtown Traverse City. The bright, open-concept living space features a cozy couch, leather chairs, a flat-screen TV (Cable is available ALONG with streaming capabilities using your own personal logins), and sliding doors that leads to a private balcony with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and more—plus a spacious island with comfortable barstools and a dining table that seats six. (picture shows four but there are two extra chairs in the closet you can use at the end of the table!)
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart TV, closet space, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, twin on top, and a pull-out twin trundle—ideal for families or groups.
Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, modern bathrooms with sleek black fixtures, and a curated collection of books and games to unwind with.
Guests can enjoy riding their bikes around town and this condo has conveniently added two bikes with helmets for guests to use!

This is a lovely condo, stocked with all that we needed for a wonderful stay in Traverse City (good kitchen utensils, high-quality linens, comfortable beds). This property is in very good condition in a quiet location that is still very close to the lake, and also convenient for dining. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to TC!

My family and I stayed here and had a lovely time. The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for kids. There were books, kid dishes, and the bunk bed with pull out trundle was perfect for my family. Check in and check out were easy. I highly recommend this place!
