About this house rental
Enjoy your one-bedroom home on a half-acre lot near Lake Waubesa. This second story 1100 square foot property was built in 2021 with quality interior finishes. It includes a beautiful kitchen that offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully furnished for your cooking needs. There is a large 300 square foot bedroom with a king size bed, and bunk beds that have a twin mattress on top and full mattress on the bottom. There are only 2 adults allowed with up to three children, and there are no pets allowed. The garage is used for the owner's personal storage and usage, but there is parking available outdoors for the tenant. The owner also occasionally works around the outside of the property in the woods. Fire pit area is for owner use only. Short-term permit number 2022-13

The house was very nice, clean, chic and modern.
We really enjoyed our stay there and can recommend it unreservedly.
A small "problem" was that we ordered something online but UPS couldn't find the address to deliver to. Maybe that could be improved. Everything else was really great.

I was in the Madison area to take care of a few things since relocating, including visiting with friends.
This property was just what the doctor ordered! Everything I needed to be able to work peacefully and efficiently was here, including USB cords for a monitor and keyboard (wish I hadn't schlepped my own!)
Brian was very responsive and even had my check in information to me well in advance of my arrival. This was huge as I arrived on a red-eye and didn't want to worry about check in.
The property is new, off of the beaten trail, well decorated and stocked. Plus I had a washer and dryer!
Only a few minor feedback items for consideration 1.) To have a cozy blanket or two for the living room furniture would be great (it was chilly and the furniture is leather) and 2.) having a Keurig as well as coffee pot (or French Press) would be perfection. Since I was flying solo, I just wanted "a" cup of coffee at a time.
Overall excellent stay and I'm sure I'll be back on my own or with my family!

I highly recommend this property for your Madison stay! Beautiful, modern property with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, gorgeous new countertops, floors, etc.
Convenient location. Right near the lake in a nice neighborhood. We have family we were here to visit on the east side, west side, and Verona and were able to get everywhere we needed to be in under 20 min.
The property manager was very responsive and even worked with us on a price adjustment as we got in a couple days late due to a flight cancellation.
We'll be sure to save this property for our next trip to WI.

We were in town for over a week for a sporting event in Madison. The house is 10-15 miles from everywhere we needed to be. It was perfect for us and we will definitely return if visiting the area again. We jokingly commented that the house was in a bird sanctuary. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
