Great location. Completely private charming place with fenced big backyard. Just blocks from Aventura Mall & behind Aventura hospital. This place is the east unit of our duplex (backyard is not shared). Peaceful & Beautiful, centric neighborhood. Sleeps 2 in a bedroom with a memory foam Queen bed. Playpen and high chair (only upon request) for baby to sleep. Smart tvs in living room & bedroom. Warm water & AIr conditioners. Free wifi. Free parking on site, just outside entrance. Big full equipped kitchen & dining room. Refrigerator with filtered water dispenser.

Excellent place to stay , this place is way better then the pics , it’s so nice and fully furnished with absolutely everything you could possibly need …the host is amazing and so accommodating and I would totally recommend. It is so convenient to absolutely everything, I will definitely be staying there again, thanks again for a wonderful stay

The property was very clean and smelled clean upon arrival. The house was perfect for our needs. We did have issues with the oven. It would not turn up past 350 degrees. This was an issue as we purchased food we could no longer cook. We have a service dog and the backyard had broken glass. We reached out to the owners and they sent someone out that same day to clean the yard. We were left 3 towels for 2 people on a 10 day stay so we had to buy additional towels. This property does not have a washer and dryer or dishwasher. They also do not provide a hair dryer. The bathroom is clean. The sink is a pedestal sink with no storage place for your toiletries. There is a shelf out in the hallway that we used to store our items.
