Host is a scammer or hustler and is deceptive.
The host booked me for 5 days but once I paid she asked me to check in the next day and I had to rent a hotel for the night, then once I moved in I discovered the washer and dryer wasn’t working, the host sent someone to fix it but it still wasn’t working (the door literally falls off), and then finally once I checked out the host is now refusing to return my deposit because she’s accusing me of having a smoke odor, which is insulting because I or my guests did not smoke ever in the rental, now I’m currently waiting on booking to solve these multiple problems

Very pretty, spacious, cosy and fully equipped apartment in a prime location of Aventura. With 5 min walk to grocery markets, shops and famous Aventura Mall. Property owner took great care of us. I disagree with negative review. We traveled a lot and she stands out from the rest of hosts by being caring, friendly, accommodating. I recommend this apartment and the host

Highly recommend this apartment & the Host
Very pretty, newly renovated and super clean apartment. Prime very safe and quiet Aventura location right next to popular Aventura mall. Everything is walking distance which makes this apartment unique and convenient. Parking assigned spot was convenient and so is the pool. The Host is welcoming, caring and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend to anyone! We will be back

Beautiful comfortable Condo
Very beautiful apartment, recently renovated, immaculate clean and very comfortable. Prime Aventura location, very safe, with the mall steps away. 2 big supermarkets, restaurants, shops. Property owner and host was easy to work with, very hospitable. Everything went smooth. Parking spot included. Highly recommend to rent this apartment from this host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Apartment. It is newly remodeled, it had everything I needed. Kitchen was pretty stacked. Sparkling clean. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets. Next to the Aventura mall. Host was kind, responsive and respectful. I’d welcome opportunity to come back and stay again

Apartment is very beautiful, remodeled, stylishly decorated and super clean. Location couldn’t be better. Right next to Aventura mall, and walking distance to 2 supermarkets, restaurants, shopping. Property Host is amazing: friendly, accommodating, and truly caring we had a lovely stay. She is on top of her business, responds quickly. I would love to come back at this property and to this host. Great stay

Beautiful remodeled apartment next to Aventura mall. Walking distance to restaurants, Publix, Aldi, and many more shops. Loved the location, safe and convenient. Apartment was very clean. Host was helpful, accomdating and quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend. Great stay
