Stylish 1BR 2BA Condo 1Block to Aventura Mall

Beautiful, new remodeled and spotless clean apartment we greatly enjoyed. Great location in Aventura, walkable to Aventura Mall, grocery supermarkets, shops, restaurants and even a hospital. Host was professional, friendly and made sure we had enjoyed. Her check in and check out institutions were clear and everything transparent as we expected. Parking and washer/dryer were included and everything we needed this apartment had. Highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here and everything went smooth. Apartment is spacious, updated, has cosy and warm decor, super clean and overall inviting. Property host was honest, caring and was there to check on us. Location is fantastic, only 10 min walk to Aventura mall, many shops, supermarkets. We didn’t have a car although parking was included because everything was reachable by foot. Definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try.

We had a very lovely stay at this Condo located right next to famous Aventura mall, location is unbeatable. Condo is very clean, remodeled, with nice furniture and tasteful decor. Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking. Property owner is easy to work with, welcomed us with open arms, instructions and communication were clear & honest. We enjoyed and recommend to others to choose it to enjoy too
