Prime location. Nearby everything I needed or wanted to go. Aventura Mall 2 minutes, banks, supermarket, restaurants, and public park for the kids. Everything about 5 minutes away from the apartment. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive all times. The condo was good too, the pool was great.
I noticed some plates inside the apartment were broken, the sink in one of the bathrooms needs repair, and the fridge was dirty we had to clean it. But none of it disturbed our stay which was great by the way. The mattresses on both bedrooms were the only thing we really didn't like about the apartment. The mattress was extremely soft; we had some difficulty falling asleep and getting up.

It was very convenient, nice and clean. It is in a safe neighborhood with Aventura mall very close.
Everything was perfect.
