Good place. Would stay again

Very good location in safe, quiet neighborhood close to beaches, state park and grocery store. Specious and clean apartment. We loved a back porch where we spent most of our time. It is partially covered so we used it on rainy days

Air conditioners are quite noisy. The place needs a set of new cooking pots. It literally has three old worn out cheap teflon pots and no lids

Great location, responsive management, but the owner needs to make improvements.

The location was very convenient for me, and the apartment has strong potential. I also really appreciated the property manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp throughout my stay.

Several comfort issues: the air conditioning was extremely noisy and unusable; fortunately, it was December, so I could turn it off. The pillows were far too thin (about 2 cm thick), making it impossible to sleep properly, so I had to buy my own. And finally, the hot water ran out after about two minutes, making normal showers difficult. Indeed, to get hot water, I had to turn off the cold water, which resulted in only a thin stream of hot water—insufficient for a normal shower (not even considering water pressure).

Nice location , but unhealthy to stay

Great location

The “small” problem is AC, the level of noise that high you can’t even watch TV that how loud it is, forget about to sleep in a living room sofa bed. The BIG problem is filthy dirty shower and linen and towels with a stain. The answer for that concern from the cleaning people is “ yes they all with a stain but washing was not successful,stains still there”. Really? Throw dirty one and buy the new one.

There are more than 10 cameras on the property. This was uncomfortable considering 2 of the cameras were on the back porch. I expect privacy and these cameras were active while we were there.

Great 4-day Weekend in Miami

Location was good. The unit was very clean. The outdoor space is nice, however it's not overly clear how much of the space is yours vs. shared. The unit had everything I needed to get through a 4 day weekend in Miami. I have no complaints at all about the unit or location.

The only issue I had, which apparently I'm not the only one, is getting the key to get in. Hopefully the attached picture helps someone. There was a code provided prior to check-in. However when you show up, every door on the property has a key code or lock box. To a new person, you have no idea what door goes to which unit (there are several in the building) so you feel strange just going up to random doors and trying a code. The code doesn't work on the main door for your unit. You have to use the code on another door lock box (which strangely enters a closet within the unit from the back side). I tried calling the owner and no answer. Eventually a neighbor knew where to get the key. I finally got the picture attached from the owner at 9:30pm, when check-in was at 3pm. Thankfully the neighbor helped me get in.

I highly recommend this place for young couples, without kid and for short term stays.

The location of the property was at a good neighborhood. Although the property wasn’t equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. it was still fine for a short visit. Property was decorated nice, comfortable and enough for family stays.

Although we were 3 people, there were towels for just two people. Smoke alarm was out of battery and beeping constantly. It was tough to reach the property owner. We saw and photographed a big cockroach in the home but Floridans consider this “as normal as alligators” In the kitchen, dinnerware and glasses was “just enough”. Because it was just a three days stay, we didn’t consider these situations as a big problem.

Una semana en sunny isles

El lugar es muy tranquilo, la casa es espaciosa y esta muy bien equipada. Tiene todo para una estadía confortable. Hubo buena comunicación y fueron muy atentos. Tiene cerca un centro comercial y a unos minutos la playa.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero nada grave.
