Our stay which lasted a month went well overall, on the other hand, we had to wait 45 minutes after having driven 14 hours to have the door of the building opened by someone else, who she opens with an electronic chip. The owners told us that he would be there when we arrived, despite the three text messages that we would arrive in 30 minutes, but no one was there. Very disappointing especially since he lives in the same building.
It took a week and a half for a repair to the patio door which was really hard to open with a wooden handle that was missing a screw. Finally, he removed this handle to leave us only the cavity to open, which was even more difficult.
And by the way, on the VRBO site it says that pets are prohibited but there are several and even the owner of our unit has a small dog.
The rest are details.
On the other hand, this condo is really located a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Publix. It is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the site is quiet.
P.S. The parking lot we were provided with is not covered (No.85) and there is a $25.00 US fee to pay for the condo management, non-refundable.
