We are centrally located walking distance to a plaza with supermarket, stores and restaurants. Also driving 5 minutes we have the Aventura Mall and lots of entertain for all the family.

This property was in a great location for my trip to leave the following day on a cruise. There was options within walking distance for food, etc since we used Uber to get there and to port for cruise. Very clean and great communication from owner

Super clean apartment with updated kitchen, restroom and flooring. Great location, only minutes from beaches of Sunny Isles Beach & Haulover Park. Oleta River State Park also a few minutes away. Although not on the listing, washer/dryer in the unit, beach umbrella, 2 folding chairs, children's beach toys, coloring books and water based coloring pens. Lots of towels. Owner responds quickly to any questions. Parking lot is really tight, must back out of lot and onto street when the lot is full. Only reason rating a 4 instead of 5: No instructions for xFinity TV. Could never find local stations. Missed 1st half of Super Bowl until owner found and message us a PIN. Two outlets on master bedroom outer wall, and one on same wall of living room, did not work. Not the breaker. I suspect was a bad GFI outlet feeding others, which I reported. Finally, the tight parking lot. None a deal breaker. Certainly stay again if this property is available, and highly recommend it!!

Property was clean and nice. Only issue was music coming from above condo but it did stop around 10:00. Our daughter had the 2nd bedroom and was awoken around 3 am by people on other side of wall.
