About this apartment rental
Cozy lower-level condo one mile from Steamboat Resort. The free bus line to the resort is right outside the condo (10 min ride). Enjoy all Steamboat offers in a quieter setting (only four condos in the building). Three bedroom, two bath, open concept living, kitchen, and dining space. One king bedroom has an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The third guest room has a single-day bed and a set of bunk beds. If desired, the lower bunk can be converted to a king bed, or you can pull the trundle bed out for another single bed.

Two families with a total of 7 people stayed for a 3 day weekend. While the condo lists 9 people can stay, it is best suited for 7 adults. The location of the condo was easy, parking for up to three spots very hand, owner communication quick, and the layout met all our needs. The owner has taken many steps to make the experience welcoming. Little touches such as having plastic wrap, baggies, olive oil, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels, laundry soap, etc. made our stay stress free. We loved clicking the remote to turn on the fireplace, watching out the spacious windows and spending time as a family.We would return to this condo without hesitation.

Windy was great with communication and super generous with our late checkout. The property was exactly as listed and the bus to the slopes was super easy, combined with the keyless entry. It made for a fantastic ski trip. Thanks Windy!!

This condo was the perfect fit for our crew with 4 adults and 1 child. There is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and a very nice living area, kitchen, dining area. The space was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for meal preparations, and there was plenty of seating for hanging out. For my 5 year old, the bunk beds were more added excitement to his first trip skiing out West. Windy's communication was excellent from the time of booking to the time we checked out. The shuttle bus stop is literally right next to the driveway, which was very convenient, and the trip to/from the mountain was less than 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
