Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location for getting to the mountain and the shuttle is an amazing amenity! Quick and easy drive to downtown Steamboat and slept our entire group comfortably.

Much better than a hotel. Loved the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool and hot tubs were great. Super quiet and relaxing. No air conditioning, but there are lots of ceiling fans. We would stay there again.

Great property and great community! The pool and hot tub were great for us and location is hard to beat. Place was nice and spacious enough for 8 adults. We visited in the summer, and there was no AC however the place cools off well and has plenty of fans provided. We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again

The upstairs main bedroom the fan made a horrible noise & the bunk room had no electricity, no fan, no light- not livable.
