The Waterford offers a fantastic and very unique Steamboat location. Tucked away on a private side street and surrounded by trees, you feel like you are in the woods, yet within walking distance of the gondola/base area.
This spacious four bedroom four and a half bath, three level townhome feels more like a modern mountain cabin and features a two-car garage, winter shuttle service and an expansive, covered deck with ample seating.
Solid fixtures and furnishings, fabulous flooring and calming colors highlight the open living area on the main level.
The modern kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal.
The dining area provides seating for 8 around a fabulous dining table.
Kick back and relax on the large, comfortable sectional and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart tv or just warm up in front of the enticing gas fireplace.
Access both decks on the main level and enjoy Colorado outdoor living in a serene wooded setting.
There is also a powder room, as well as a full-size washer and dryer on this level.
Upstairs is where all three en Suite bedrooms are situated, including two master suites.
Both Master Suites include flat screen TVs, walk-in closets and their own private, remodeled full bathrooms.
The King and Bunk room en Suites have bath/tub shower combos.
The Queen en Suite has a walk in shower.

Overall a great location and great space. If you're staying in summer, a heads up that some of the bedrooms can get hot, but they did provide fans, and its not too bad with the windows open at night. If you're there in winter, the location won't be beat.

My group of 10 stayed here for the second year for a ski trip and really enjoyed it. Every room has a bathroom which was great for our 4 couples and kids. Made a huge difference. It had all the amenities we could ask for and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great layout, lots of blankets and pillows and towels. Very clean too. We loved that we could reserve a shuttle to and from the gondola transit center ahead of time with just a quick walk to the bottom of the driveway. The text line for iTrip was super helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here - big living room / dining room space which is perfect for games, fun, cooking, etc. Easy bus to town and to the ski mountain. Comfortable and everyone was super responsive and easy to coordinate with.
