The property is well-suited for a family of six, featuring two master bedrooms with balconies, three levels, three bathrooms, and a parking space directly in front. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the gondolas and restaurants. However, it should be noted that the property lacks air conditioning, which may be a concern during the summer months( I went during the hottest week of the summer ) Although fans were provided, they were insufficient to cool the bedrooms, while the living room level was comfortable without air conditioning. Love this property location and the service .

The property was perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Unique layout of the property creates great bedroom privacy. Easy, short walk to the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen and awesome dining area that also serves as a great board/card game area. Laundry and really nice area for storing skis, boards, and boots. Covered parking for one car, uncovered available for 2nd car also very close. Two nicely maintained community hot tubs. There was plenty of closet space and the mattresses were all reported to be very comfortable. The only negative--some of the lamps and furniture (one bed frame) will need to be replaced soon -- but nothing that took away from our enjoyment of this accommodation while in Steamboat.

Just back from a long weekend of skiing. La Casa was located walking distance (3 minutes) from skiing, and anything further we wanted to get to (downtown for dinner etc) was accessible through the hotel shuttle that way timely and responsive. Our condo was large and spacious. A split level design with kitchen and mudroom on entrance level and bedrooms up and living space and bunk-room down. TV size was only thing that really left something to be desired...
