This was our third year staying at this condo. It is always clean, convenient and a home away from home. The host answers all questions promptly and is always so kind. We are already looking forward to next years stay.

We arrived a little earlier than expected so we asked if the condo was ready by chance, and got a quick reply that it was! We only stayed 2 nights but had a great time. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a simple meal (pots, pans, utensils, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.) Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. We brought our electric bikes and rode the Riverwalk Greenway one morning. I realized once we got back home that I left a dress at the condo. They had found it and offered to mail it back to me. Very accommodating and pleasant.

This was the perfect little spot for what we needed. It was just a road over from the main strip but it never felt that way. It was easy to find, clean, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on! Would definitely stay again!

Property is in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Pretty clean. Had to wait past 4 to check in because check in information was sent late. Only had one pillow for the pullout bed and needed two. Had a horrible last night because bugs started coming out in the bedroom. Had a roach, spider and two other creepy crawlies crawling around.

We try to come down to pigeon forge at least once a year. Had a short stay but the place was nice, clean, simple. This place and every condo/apartment we have stayed in pigeon forge, our feet get dirty with the floors. This is something minor for us so not too big of a deal.

The space was clean, pretty and convenient to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Host was easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and so was check out. Nothing fancy but was a great safe getaway space for us two.

I knew exactly what to expect after viewing the photos and descriptions. The location is super convenient to everything on that end of the parkway. We had teenagers staying with a group at a cabin near Dollywood, only about 10-12 minutes away. They were attending an event at the convention center, which was only about 6-8 minutes away. One day we had them at the Track, and I left to run to Publix, put what I bought in the fridge, and headed back to the Track. That was a super easy trip that did not take very long at all. The bed was a little uncomfortable for multiple nights, but that is a common feeling for both me and my spouse and not necessarily a fault of the mattress. The bathtub and stove were older, but the tub served our needs and we did not cook in the condo at all.
