Rooms were clean, place was clean.
House has definitely been rented a lot needs a few cosmetic repairs but overall good.
Location is what is best about this house!
Directly across from the pool, 5 minutes from the main drag, the island and other destination spots in Pigeon Forge.

Well when we first arrived the door handle to the side door deck was laying on the table. Could not use that door, also the refrigerator door handle was broken off too. The upstairs is really hot no air really goes up there. Then the downstairs was freezing. The carpet was really stained and dirty. The pool was closed for maintenance until the last day we was there. My granddaughter finally got to swim. The cabin is cute but it needs work and updated some. But overall was still a great vacation.

Pros: location, size of space, hot tub, enjoyed the 3 story layout. Nice, clean neighborhood. Quiet area. Service tech came out quick to fix the washer. It was newly installed but the water was still turned off to it, and I’m no plumber. Plenty of towels. Space heaters were provided for the lower floor and were needed and appreciated. Multiple hair dryers provided (not in description; I could’ve left mine at home). The binder provided included nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and urgent care. Very helpful.
Cons: when furnace kicked on at 5am each day, I was awakened by a loud squeaking noise through the register (main floor). I actually thought it was an animal chewing on metal at first! Couldn’t sleep through that, unfortunately. Only 1 trash bag provided for the kitchen. Carpet is all stained, as many have stated, but the lower level and stairs to get there seemed to have not been vacuumed, especially the bathroom.
I would suggest putting some hooks near the front door for coats OR adding a rod with removable hangers in the empty hall closet on the main floor for coats. The main floor closet was filled with vacuums and faux plants and hangers were attached, so in order to hang clothes, I had to stretch the necks of them over the hangers. Just an idea.
Would definitely stay there again!

Cute cabin close to everything. Owner was easy to work with.

Cabin is in a great location. The pics definitely make it appear much better than what we showed up to. The carpets were gross. You could tell it just wasn’t very clean. The mattresses need to be replaced badly. It was just disappointing to pay $1600 for 4 nights to stay there and it not be clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Very clean. The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I came with two other couples and a bedroom and bath on each level was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Paid for a cabin with a hot tube, to get a hot tube that never would work right

I never leave reviews but here goes.............Upon arrival the bedroom on the entry level had the tv laying on the bed and the dresser pulled away from the wall. I called and left a message. No return call. Then while inspecting the rest of the cabin found that the floors were not cleaned, dirt on the floors and carpet and rugs were not vacuumed. I feel like the money spent should have warranted better cleaning. When someone finally came to move the tv , 4 HOURS LATER, we were told there was water leaking in from a storm the night prior. Awesome.

Eagle’s Mountain view cabin is a great space and an excellent location for those wanting something close to Pigeon Forge activities. You definitely feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle of town but still very close to all amenities and attractions. We found ourselves running down the hill to the grocery store (5 min drive) to get last minute essentials. The cabin layout is great because you park and enter the house on the main floor which accesses the main living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, and the game room and other bedroom is down stairs (with bathroom). All levels have access to an outdoor covered deck which is great for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The gas grill is on the main floor deck and I found it very easy to use (more so than most rentals) and we used it for almost every meal. One other thing to note is that the lower floor has a second fridge for drinks or snacks when playing billiards, games, or more storage.
The hot tub was clean when we arrived and in great working condition. We adjusted the temperature easily during our stay and loved that it was located under a covered deck sheltered from any weather. There’s nothing more relaxing than an evening soak when watching the snow or rain come down! If your trip is in the summer months, the cabin is located just across the street from the neighborhood pool. The gas fireplace on the main floor was a nice touch and foolproof for anyone unfamiliar with how to operate a gas fireplace (push button with timer). The kitchen was nicely stocked with amenities needed for preparing meals of any type. There were ample amounts of cups, plates and silverware for even a large group of people. There was also both a traditional coffee pot and a k-cup coffee maker.
Each floor (and bedroom) had easy access to a bathroom, and we found that there were plenty of towels and linens throughout the unit for our stay. Large groups or longer stays could also take advantage of the washer/dryer units. We found the beds very comfy with no complaints about the pillows and sheets provided.
One other small thing that we found very convenient was that all switches were well labeled so there was no guessing about where to find the lights for any room. It is these types of touches that show that the owners are very committed to making your stay convenient and worry free. I recommend this unit to anyone coming to the Pigeon Forge area that wants a great space for a worry free vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, but had a few problems.
This house is very outdated & the floors looked like they had not even been cleaned upon our arrival. There were little bugs in all the bathrooms crawling on the walls & in the sink(very gross).
On Friday night there was a thunderstorm & water was pouring in all the back doors on all 3 levels. I called guest services at 6:15 pm to let them know how bad the leaks were & to get them to come clean all the water up, because we just didn't have enough towels to get all this water out of the floor, they said they would send someone over. They didn't send anyone to the house until 10:30 pm that night and they woke us up. They didn't bring any towels & said they would return the next morning at 9 AM with the towels.... They showed up at 9:45 AM. I was very unhappy about all the leaks & having to clean everything up for a house that we paid a lot of money to rent. Overall we were not happy with our stay here. Guest services was not helpful at all. I realize things go wrong with houses, but there should be someone there to help get these issues fixed, instead of having to fix them yourself when you pay that much money to rent a house.

This house is very outdated, the carpet is very gross and floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There was a thunderstorm our second night there and water was pouring in the doors on all 3 levels, so we called the “guest contact” at 6:15 to let them know how much water was coming in and it was leaking through the ceilings. We didn’t have enough towels to clean everything up. They said they would be there to take a look and clean everything up. They showed up at the house around 10:30 that night. Needless to say, we had already cleaned everything up and were already in bed. We didn’t have a good experience at this house. There were little bugs in all the bathrooms. Very gross!
