*NEW* 1 bed condo centrally located in Pigeon Forge

Cell phone service with AT&T is spotty on property. Apple maps takes you to an address next to the property. Take a screenshot of the check in steps (condo number, how to access the key, etc) before you get to the property so you won't have any issues. The condo is beautiful and well laid out. The updates are very nice. We didn't use the stove but pots, pans, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils are provided. We brought a twin air mattress to use instead of the pull out couch, not sure how comfortable the couch is for sleeping. The bed slept fine.We used the washing machine and dryer for wet towels and clothes and they worked well. The shower head has a few settings and is on a long hose. You can increase the pressure to get all the shampoo out of thick hair. The water heater is a tank so you might want to space out showers a little bit or take stuck showers to conserve hot water. Garbage pickup is 4am on Tuesdays and it sounds like a building is collapsing outside the front door. Just be prepared so it doesn't scare you. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would book again. Hector is great to work with and communicates well ahead of the trip. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Check in and check out is simple.Quick ride to nearby attractions, stores, and food. Highly recommend Five Oaks Kitchen for meals anytime of the day.

Condo was very clean and close to all attractions and shopping. Check in process lacked in communication, did not receive instructions on how to get into unit before we arrived. Had to call a couple of times before getting someone to return my call. Once I was able to talk to the host she was very nice and helpful, would give her a five star rating. Unit is tucked a block off of main road through Pigeon Forge, not much of a view of mountains. Parking was very good. Other than the minor issues as mentioned above it was a good value.

This is a wonderful property that has a centralized location to everything in the area. It is private. It is clean, especially in comparison to neighboring hotels. Heat and air both work great. We will definitely be back!

Did not like the location as it was in between two other condos and felt like you were in an alley. It was ok but would not stay in the condo again strictly due to location. Very clean and appears maintained well.
