This newly renovated and furnished cozy condo is located just one block from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge! It’s very closed to all recreation and great restaurants in town, at the same time it is in very quiet and nice neighborhood!
This retreat will accommodate 4 people , 2 on a queen size in the bedroom, 2 on sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen to plan your dining in.
Walking distance to the Island of Pigeon Forge and the Publix for your grocery, great restaurants all around, Tanger outlet is 7 min drive for your shopping, Dollywood is just 8 minute drive amd Gatlinburg is 15 minutes away from this beautiful condo! Welcome to enjoy gorgeous smoky mountains and the city full with a lot of fun for kids and adults!!

We couldn't have been happier with the location and cleanliness of this condo! It also was just the right size for two people and could even accommodate a couple of kids seeing it is larger than a standard hotel room. The owner was also very timely in responding to any questions we had. I'm not sure if someone who stayed before us took all of the hangers for clothes in the closets but that was the only issue we had. A great stay overall and we would recommend it to anyone!

We did not get the noise of the main drag; however, the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and different attractions was great. We had everything we needed to stay in and cook if we wanted to. It was extremely clean. Communication was the best we have every had with property management.

Walls are paper thin, the neighbors kept us up all night with their TV, yelling and beating on the walls. The building is older and needs renovating. The kitchen are of the condo was very old and outdated. I don't recommend if you're used to staying in a nice place. This was a let down in my honest opinion.

It’s a great place to stay, it’s right in the middle of Dollywood. Convenient for shows and all restaurants. This place has all you is your cloths. Yes, I will come back! The Holloway’s from Lincolnton, Ga.

Everything was really great! Check in was easy and everything was as listed. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the mattress on the pull out bed was pretty comfortable for a pull out bed. Kitchen is stocked pretty well with toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. My only wish for the kitchen would be some cups that aren’t glass but that’s only because I have a 5 year old. But we got juice pouches so it was no big deal. Neighbors are nice and it’s in a good location across from the island. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Oh and the hot water!! With three of us showering we didn’t run out of hot water! Was amazing lol
