This beautiful updated condo offers both stunning unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico & gorgeous Intracoastal views!

As you walk into this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom tastefully updated beach front condo located in the community of Indian Shores, FL you will see breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Not only are the views spectacular but the unit has beautiful updates which include: Outstanding open floor plan, large ceramic tile flooring throughout (perfect for the beach!) and fully updated kitchen and bath. Unit also has a pull out sofa in living area PLUS additional queen/full air mattress.
Enjoy awesome sunset views from your private balcony or on the community deck located beachside. Jump in the heated community pool for a quick dip, or spend some time relaxing in the community clubhouse. You even have the use of a community hostess room that features a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and lounge areas.
The unit has use of two laundry rooms on the ground floor.
Storage galore with loads of closet space including a walk-in closet in the bedroom, extra closets in the hallway with all kinds of beach items.
Assigned parking, secure key fob access to the community amenities, and new elevators make this a great building.
Must complete HOA application prior to rental and comply with all HOA Rules & Regulations

- discount for 3+ full months (90+ days)
- full payment due at booking
- Refund only if canceled 90+days from check-in

Electronic hurricane shutters will lower and secure the condo.

The entire process was smooth from making reservations to departure. Condo and grounds are well maintained and the hosts communication was great. They accommodated every request we had. Beautiful quiet views of the gulf.. warm pool.. soft bed.. and a great parking place..

Perfect! Incredible views! Super clean and feels like home! John was very responsive to questions. The bed is comfortable, super close parking spot, good water pressure in the shower, ice cold AC, the closet has tons of storage, there is plenty of kitchenware for cooking, and lots of beach gear in the hall closet. The balcony faces the gulf with a perfect view (nothing blocking any part of it). The worst part is having to leave! I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!

Great location close to everything, good restaurants , the property is right on the beach well maintained and main hallways outside cleaned daily. The owner of our rental personally showed us around the building. he also was there if you needed anything. I highly recommend this unit!
