Luxurious one bedroom condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach. All the comforts and conveniences of nhome can be found in this beautiful newly renovated condo to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is on the 6th floor facing the intercoastal waterway and pier, and includes 2 queen size beds, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware, flatscreen TVs in living room and bedroom, free WIFI, and free US & Canada calling.
The 8 floor building includes a heated outdoor pool with a sundeck directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ grills and Tiki bar, as well as a private dock and fishing pier on the inter-coastal waterway.
Located conveniently close to shopping, fine dining, sightseeing, tennis, golf, dinner/casino cruises and many other attractions. Walt Disney and Universal Studios are just 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Tampa International Airport are only a 35 minute drive. Suncoast bird santuary walking distance. City Bus Stop in front of building, 8 minutes drive to John Pass Village, 20 minutes drive to Clearwater. Close to deep sea fishing charters, sea-doo rentals, wind surfing, boat rentals.

The pool is now renovated however due to ongoing building construction it is open weekdays after 4pm and all weekend.
The rest of the condo building, and access to the beautiful beach is fully operational.

The location was great, the access to the beach was good as well as the pool area. The condo itself was ok. It needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning crew, does not do a good job when it comes to taking care of the condo, towels were old and crispy and I couldn’t tell if the washcloths were dish cloths or not.
