About this bed and breakfast
A totally private guest house with separate entrances, lots of parking spaces (drive way/ street parking). It is a new house with high ceiling, private garden, gate, and patio. Quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to Starbucks, close to highways, old town, down town of Anaheim, 3 minutes to Disney Land Park, 5 minutes to Anaheim Packing House, 5 minutes to Anaheim Shopping Plaza, 7 minutes to Anaheim Convention Center, and 20 minutes to John Wayne Airport.
GENERAL NOTES
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests.
- No loud noise after 10 PM.
- Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to VRBO.
FURRY FRIENDS
- We allow 1 pet (under 20 lbs) for an additional fee of $150/stay.
- If more than one pet, prior approval is required and extra fee may be collected for each additional pet.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in the enclosed back yard area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- No pets on indoor furniture and bedding.
SMOKING NOTE
No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside the home in the patio / yard. An ashtray is provided to dispose of cigarette butts. Please do not dispose of butts in planters, bushes or onto the ground / yard / grass.
KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house. No cameras inside the house.

My wife and I and our little dog stayed here for a month in Setember. We both remote work and the set-up of this unit was perfect. The little guest room worked as an office for me, and my wife worked from the couch and used the kitchen table. Internet was very reliable and neither of us had an issue. The location is close to may eateries and coffee shops. The owners are very gracious and hospitable. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place is exactly like the photos, and it is very spacious. It was great to have a closed off yard for our son to play in. The hosts are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet! They were so welcoming and kind. Everything felt fresh and new. It is also like a 3 min drive to Disneyland! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
