    Location was perfect for our young family. The staff was extremely helpful with our special requests for lower floors and missing items. Great having the laundry after several days of travel. Overall excellent pick!

    This is located about 15 min. walk away from Disneyland and CA Adventure, which is great if that's your main goal and won't be around the room much. If you are planning to hang around the room, might not be as ideal. Some rooms face either the parking lot or the dumpster area and the freeway is right next to it. If you are sensitive to sound and smell, better pay a little more for that pool facing room. There is a 24/7 pool and hot (more on the warm side) tub. Towels available at pool area and very convenient. However, the hot tube is kind of dirty. Lots of stuff floating around and there is a grease layer on top. Staff were helpful and friendly. I'd say I'll come back for the customer service and easy access to Disney.

    We stayed here during our trip to Disneyland, it was about 15 min walk to the park which was good. However upon checking in we were given keys to a used room that wasn’t made up. When we got to our other room the room did not match the photos. We were constantly calling the front desk because we weren’t given towels, coffee in the room was not restocked, no cups and over 3 nights we were not able to get our shower past a luke warm temperature. The staff was really nice but after spending 10+hrs in the park and coming back to no hot water or enough towels as a family with little ones it wasn’t super convenient. We stay with Marriott a lot and this one just didn’t compare.
