The host (all front desk staff) were very kind and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The amenities were in good shape and were very relaxing.

It’s a busy hotel but solid priced and a little bit off the main Anaheim drag, which is actually pretty nice. ART shuttle to the Disney entrance is 6 bucks and takes less than 5 mins. Overall great place to stay!

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom entrance was a little difficult in my wheelchair. We did not specify a handicap room. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Positives: outstanding location, close to everything. Friendly staff at checkin, ample parking.
Negatives: they have other charges not originally noted - you have to pay extra for parking and it’s expensive. Fitness center air conditioning doesn’t work, most free weights are missing, no towels to use.
