Very convenient fast check in. Asked to check in early and it was not an issue very polite.

everytime i arrive to check in , Tuli makes me feel welcomed . the check in process is smooth and im on my way to my room in no time .

I didnt like that there was crockarches bugs in all itchy very bad experience

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards

Upon arrival, I discovered cockroaches in my room. Although I immediately informed the front desk, no alternative room was offered to me. During the night, more cockroaches appeared, making it impossible to rest. The room was clearly not clean, and the staff did not provide any assistance or solution

The room was filthy and had bugs and cucaroches all over the room. Bedding was dirty. Hair all over the place. Shower was disgusting too. Do not stay here. Not worth it! Everywhere else was booked or we would of left..

Didn’t stay got a refund for the last 2 night lost one night since I walked in the room ….

the girl in front is always very polite and makes me feel welcome the min i arrive . rooms are always clean and i have not had any problems here . its always a good experience

the girl that checks me in is fast professional and very nice ! I've been to a few hotels not one of them treated me as nice as this person other then that dont stay on the first floor or way in the back .

everything was good

The staff treat me like family. I even see the maintenance men joking around with the customers. The overall atmosphere is very different here than other properties.

Sometimes I get a dirty room, but it's pretty rare here to get one. It's usually hair leftover in the bathtub, but it's not a deal breaker for me. A true motel 6 patron brings a broom with them.

Beds were uncomfortable, loud areas around hotel. Rooms smelled like smoke. AC unit was very loud.

There were some characters that were a bit shady but nothing too much.

I didn’t like that the website I used took my money and didn’t book me the room, you guys took my last $100 and I had to sleep in a dennys with me 2 year old.

Front desk employee was very nice and pleasant.

We had 2 rooms. Rooms 317 and 316. Upon arrival to the property, w men were walking into the property that stared at us and we could tell they didnt belong there. The parking was packed, we found 1 spot and got off our car to check in. A woman started yelling at us popping out from the back seat of her car telling us we owed her $20 for banging her car with our door which we didn't. She argued that we did and then dropped it down to $10 as we said no and walked away and yelled at us about getting our insurance. (We noticed there was a man with her in her back seat as well). We told front desk, they apologized and told us to talk to security which we didn't know where he was. My brothers room had flooring coming off, a roach came out on the first night. No counter space to put the make up bag for my sister in law. My room was a walk-in shower for disabled which is fine but I had no counter space for my makeup or hair tools. Flooring was also coming apart in my room and the lock in the door sucked. Then late last night when we ca.e back from a theme park I wanted to shower and we'll there was a huge flying roach in the bathroom. They (security) let anyone hang out on the property. Looks like people live there, and they all looked pretty sketchy. Never ever again, too scary. And to top it off we heard a gunshot pretty close. Seriously DO NOT STAY HERE. The only nice thing I have to say is that front dest was nice

Well the WiFi really did not work also the bed when I move the sheets there was hair and the sheets had stains. Thank god I always carry a blanket.

The bed had blood stain. The AC smelled so bad and thick air. The tables had cup stain. I called for cleaning and for 3 days no one showed up.

Location is easy to find, and accessible

Majority of the staff was professional and accommodating. One staff member was unpleasant at checkin. Keys had to be recoded multiple times a day, probably due to a broken door lock. Towel were stained and dirty, and initially un supplied. Bathroom was unclean.

It was an okay location.

Had to call three times for clean towels on our third day there, there was no housekeeping or maintenance done to our room except the last day we were there. Very unsafe location.

Apparently there were some noise complaints supposedly coming from my room —- in which I was never told nor notified - nor was it confirmed nor communicated to me in person nor phone call. When I try to extend my stay, without any reason the manager (she was the one who actually answered the phone when I called) very loud rudely and harshly answered the phone and proceeded to speak to me with a very loud attitude and very rude …. I was actually starting to feel a bit threaten and fearing for my safety and my information as she mentioned it she had it. I was a bit confused as to what was going on and why I couldn’t extend my stay and stated I would just go up to the office to clear it up because it had to be some sort of mistake / misunderstanding but again speaking very rudely and yelling at me at this point she stated I had 5minutes to vacate. I told her that I would’ve bringing this up to the manager and proceeded to laugh and said she was the manager and can do whatever she wants so I stated I ok. I have placed a complaint with corporate. This is not how management acts much less handle situations. Maybe she didn’t have the proper training and or is just a right fit for a big huge company such as yours. I’m contacting a lawyer because of her and all the emotional stress I’m still enduring as she has apparently also banned me from your hotel.

There were roaches in the room, it was dirty, bed plank wasn’t even a bed frame had exposed wood shards that will cut your leg when you bump it, a/c unit has rippped metal mesh over it hair in the tub, dust and trash from previous people. Disgusting

Everything was fast and easy

The ac had a bad smell all night couldn't sleep due to the smell. Also one of the beds had a shoes print when I arrived.
