    I booked this hotel because of the amenities for the tram to Disneyland and the free parking and the complementary breakfast. All of that was fine, but the rooms stunk really bad. There was bugs coming in like these beetles and there was absolutely no refrigerator. The phone was not hooked into the wall at all, and the electric sockets were not charging my phone.

    Came for a medical procedure (5 night stay) checked in... the first room had hair all over the bathroom asked to have it cleaned they said no one was available (housekeeping was next door) so they moved us to another room with smaller beds and staff argued about type of booking I had for queen size beds after proving them wrong they wanted to move us again the next day to a lower level room that smelled like old nasty feet, felt unsafe and hallway stank of marijuana. Requested a microwave the first day, we finally received it the third day after asking and being told multiple times it was coming and they wanted to move us rooms again. Just had surgery and was not able to move everything again.The breakfast was horrible outdated yogurt provided, toasters didn't work to "cook" the frozen waffles. Requested housekeeping during our 5 night stay once but didn't receive it had to ask multiple times. Hotel was very outdated phone didn't even work in the room to be able to call front desk and bed light stopped working correctly (not just bulb). The only good thing about this hotel is I did not see bugs in the room but I will say there's very many parts of housekeeping cleaning that were missed as there was leftover pieces of God knows what that was not vacuumed up and I don't recommend looking underneath the beds. Oh and hot tub not working, who knows for how long it has been that way.
