Indulge in breathtaking ocean views from every corner of this luxurious 3-bedroom beachfront condominium at El Faro. From the spacious living area to the gourmet kitchen and the master bedroom, you'll be treated to magnificent vistas of the water, creating a serene backdrop for your vacation.
Unwind in comfort and style in the king owner suite, double bed, and two twin beds, each thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful stay. Step out onto the private terrace and feel the gentle sea breeze as you soak in the sights and sounds of paradise. Use the new portable BBQ to grill outside as well! This condo features two bathrooms: one is located inside the master bedroom, and the other is en suite to the twin bedroom. The guest bedroom with the full bed does not have its own bathroom, so guests staying in this room will need to access one of the other bedrooms to use a bathroom. Additionally, please note that this guest bedroom is compact and does not have any closet space.
Conveniently located on the main beach of Playa Del Carmen, just one block from the bustling 5th Avenue shopping district, this condo offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. Due to its location next to restaurants and bars, you could experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes everyday, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos and sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.
- Please note that due to El Faro's security protocols, before your arrival, we will request a photo of each guest's ID that will be at the property during your stay.

Property was beautiful in a great location. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and straight out to a wonderful view of the sea. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but it was well appointed. Appreciated the supplied water cooler. The 2nd bathroom was a little strange but worked for us as one family had the two guest rooms. We would definitely choose this property again for future vacations.

The location and property were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the condo description did not clearly explain that the 3rd bedroom did not have any closet or storage, and that both bathrooms are within the other two bedrooms, therefore there was no "common" bathroom for the person staying in the 3rd bedroom. It was a surprise to learn this, but we made it work fine. Everything else about the property is excellent!

Let's start with when you go to the PDC, the number one priority is location, location, location. This condo is in El Faro condos and the unit faces the ocean. It's 1 block (less than 2 minutes walk) from 5th Avenue. The views are amazing. The restaurants around the location are amazing. You can see the sun rise in the mornings from deck that overlooks the water. There is security that keeps non-residents off the deck and out of the pool area. It feels safe. Kid friendly. Oh, the pool is also an infinity pool where it appears to drop off into the ocean. It doesn't obviously but the view is neat. We are a family of 5. We made breakfast every morning and grilled out a couple times. The Walmart is about a 10 minute walk. The street next to the condo runs directly into the Walmart. 2-3 of us just walked. There is a convenience store in the complex on the outside to get bags of ice and small items. We used the blender, the microwave, the dishwasher, coffee maker, the grill almost every day. The place is big enough for us all to spread out. The laundry is one floor down and takes about 2 minutes to get to it. You do have to be careful as the toilets clog very easily. Just flush more often! There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Just search the bedroom closets. Owner provides huge jugs of bottled water which is great! Air conditioning is set per room with a remote. This turned out to be great. Wow! The van service they referred was great too!

El Faro was a terrific place for our stay in Playa del Carmen. The condo was large and had a great balcony, the pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and the staff were wonderful. We will both recommend and return. Three suggestions: a broom and dust pan in the condo so we can deal with the sand we tracked in (if there was one we couldn't find it). Please use double bed sheets on the twins since you don't have fitted bottom sheets; this was a true pain in the butt to have to adjust all night. And hooks, hooks, hooks! We had no place to hang wet towels and suits.
