Enjoy sun-tanning on your private terrace while pleasant sea breezes waft in, or lounge in the roomy and airy upstairs loft area. All 3 bedrooms include adjoining bathroom w rain shower. Top level loft bedrooms afford magnificent views of the sea, his/hers walk-in closet space; with Master ensuite featuring full jetted bathtub. - Please be aware that seaweed is a natural phenomenon that hits Quintana Roo beaches, especially during the summer months (Apr-Oct). While the local team at El Faro and the municipality make every effort to clean up the seaweed, it can still impact beach conditions and your ability to enjoy the ocean. As it decomposes, it may also produce strong odors. Please make yourself aware of the current state of the seaweed, as we cannot offer refunds for any issues related to seaweed.
- The central location of this property gives you access to the best that downtown Playa del Carmen has to offer. Due to our location next to restaurants and bars, you may experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
- The beach in front of El Faro will come and go seasonally, at times the ocean comes all the way up to the deck and the common area administration will block this area for security purposes. Please exercise caution and comply with any common area association rules.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes every day, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos- sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.
- Please note that due to El Faro's security protocols, before your arrival, we will request a photo of each guest's ID that will be at the property during your stay.

Great stay as El Faro Coral 303 ! The condo is beautiful - spacious, and comfortable with amazing views. Lots of closet and drawer space, great balcony. Plenty of room for a large family or group without ever feeling crowded. El Faro is the best location in Playa, with friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and pool area. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again !

We enjoyed our stay in C303! The condo was exactly as advertised, with an amazing view of the ocean. It is located in a prime area, walking distance from restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and pharmacies. The property staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and did a great job of maintaining the common areas. The property management team was also very responsive, responding to emails immediately, and made sure we were comfortable and took care of all of our needs.The condo needed a few minor repairs, but I sent the list to the property management company before we checked out and they said they would address them.We would definitely book C303 again!

We love El Faro. Have stayed several times. This unit is spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. We stayed 3 weeks.
