The Space:
This family-friendly 4BR beachside condo is ideal for a family or group trip and is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen and only steps from the beach and sea! A block from the famous 5th Avenue too which is lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, souvenir shops, great entertainment and people watching! overed parking in the event you’re arriving by car. However, just know, everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance of the Magia condo complex!
The condo space features the following:
- A beautifully designed living space with attention to detal and ideal for togetherness time shared with your vacation crew
- A fully-equipped and modern kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you’d need for preparing meals at home
- A dining area with a great dining table to comfortably seat 6 with an fantastic pool view!
- The living room is inviting thoughtfully designed for interaction and conversation and also with a grand view of the pool area.

Getting Around:
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays.There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.
The condo is about 55.5 km/34.5 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at this Playa del Carmen condo with our family of four adults and two children (ages six and eight), and it turned out to be a great fit for us. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for our group, offering enough space and privacy for everyone.The property manager was very responsive and helpful, getting back to us quickly whenever we had a question or small concern, which made our stay smooth and easy.The condo itself was comfortable, though the furniture—both inside and on the patio—shows a bit of wear. For us, this was actually a plus since we didn’t have to stress about the kids accidentally damaging anything. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cutlery, though we did need to buy some plastic containers for storing leftovers. It’s worth noting that while there is an oven, it wasn’t hooked up, and one of the stovetop burners didn’t work.Overall, it was a great stay in a convenient and family-friendly location. We’d happily return to this condo the next time we travel with the kids!

Everything about this property was just as described. Near a lot of restaurants bars, and most importantly the beach our host Deborah was very attentive. She met up with us a day after we arrived made sure we were settled in and answered any questions we had. She also did make some recommendations of different beaches and restaurants are stay was fabulous and would definitely do it again.

Our stay was good. Construction at the property was pretty loud, even on Saturday. Close to 5th avenue.

The pictures were a little misleading. It looked like the beach was right out front. The closest beach to walk to was pretty gross so you had walk around to the other side of property about three blocks. The garage was sometimes not open causing us one night to park on the road which was paid parking which I didn’t see and we got a boot on the van. My fault for not seeing the sign I guess but the garage to property should have been open. Another complaint is that check in time was 4:00, we arrived at 6 and the cleaning people were in there looked like they were kinda hanging out. So they hurried up and “finished” but was not super clean. That all being said the condo was spacious for nine people and a block from fifth avenue if you like the shopping and restaurants and clubs.
