Welcome to one of the most popular penthouse condos on the beach! You'll be wowed upon entering this sun-filled penthouse which offers privacy & space. This is a fabulous condo for a family, group of friends as there's plenty of room to stretch out as a group over 2 floors. (Due to being an integrated partner with VRBO, you will pay us directly for your stay & only pay VRBO for their service fee. -Float over the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
-During the warmer spring & summer months (or earlier), the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of seaweed which is a phenomenon). It occurs in Miami, Texas & all of the Caribbean Islands. We cannot predict if or when it will come or how much & if it will disrupt swimming & the use of the beaches. The beaches are cleaned with tractors & workers when possible so there is also no resulting sulfur smell. Conditions can also change daily. We recommend guests educate themselves about this issue before booking so there are no surprises.
- Noise/Music: We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants we are next to. 'Playa' is an international tourist spot and our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of all of our guests.- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out.
- Lost Or Stolen Items: Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
-This condo only accommodates up to 8 people. No other people are allowed in the condo.

We had an amazing 1-week stay in June at this property! It is extremely well-equipped, clean, as advertised, and Sally provided incredible resources and communication before, during, and after our reservation.
The provided water was one of the biggest lifesavers for convenience and comfort. (There are ice trays in the freezer, which we used frequently.) The kitchen items allowed for us to cook meals, make coffee each day, and even juice our own limes for margs!
The complex is incredibly located directly between the beach and 5th Ave., and allowed for easy access to restaurants, bars, and was also just a 10-minute walk to Walmart. Most of our days were spent in the pool, which always had available chairs and was never overcrowded or loud (including into the evenings).
We also never experienced excess noise from the neighborhood overnight and had no trouble sleeping.
We would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is a nice location with great staff. The only negatives is that the thumping bass and music from neighboring establishments seemed to get louder and more annoying on the weekend. There was a photo of the roof top in the marketing materials that implied two loungers and an umbrella were there for relaxing (those items were not on our roof top while we were there which was disappointing). The great views from the roof top can be seen only while standing. They disappear behind the wall when you sit down. Very minor complaints. Everything else was great.

This was our third stay at this location and it was disappointing. The property looks tired and is in need of repairs and a face lift. While there were some changes since our last stay, they were "bandaid fixes" such as a new mirror in the master bathroom ,new bathroom faucets,new shades on some of the master bedroom windows, some new wall art and a new dishwasher. The minor fixes were outnumbered by the issues in need of attention such as: broken hooks on master bedroom curtains on sliding glass doors preventing them from fully closing, dining room chair leg is broken and all dining room chairs need recushioning, broken screen door off the living room, broken vegetable and fruit bins in refrigerator, broken burner on stove top, HVAC fan emits a loud noise when on low speed. strong musty odor throughout unit and especiallyl in the additional bedrooms, kitchen sink faucet replacement does not fit the sink properly and splatters water all over the counters. We saw several interiors of other units while we were vacationing this year, and they are furnished so nicely. While we had a great time as a family and had wonderful memories of our week together, we can't justify renting this unit again especially at this asking price. We suggest that the owners seriously consider refurnishing, repainting, and fumigating this unit.
