Full remodeled ocean view 2bdrs condo at ELFARO by DPM

great location,the staff were very friendly and nice.We did have a problem,the blind in the main room broke at first time using it but the staff were very quick in repairing it . Excellent.

Security gate personnel in charge was very helpful alway both night and daytime shifts. Pools were clean hotel surroundings were nice and clean. Dishes we could use in the unit. Situated in a convinent area to walk to 5th Avenue and restrictions.

Unit hall bath had a bad smell alway like sewer. One of the daytime very inconvenient parking spot for this unit at the very corner. Drunk people hanging around in front of the hotel not from restaurant across or from the bars across just local people that drink at the end of the street we felt a little unsecured. Specialy latter in the evening. We also encountered one of the outside security watch people being drunk and he approached us to ask for our bracelets even though he had just seen us a few minutes ago but he smelled like beer and talked drunk. Streets were under work in the areas and that make a little inconvenience sometimes trying to get back to El Faro when we were out and about. Also the we encountered really bad smell from the seaweed the fist two days. The owner should invest in updating the water faucets and drains in some of the restroom l tubs.
