Enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island and historic downtown Fernandina Beach. This incredible beachfront condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two king beds, two private balconies, a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, and high-speed internet, and access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit is clean and beautiful. Views of the beach are amazing. Steps from the beach and pool.

Balconies are wonderful, condo is spacious and had what we needed. Bathrooms are old and no water pressure in the showers - maybe new shower heads would help. Be warned - the 2 king beds are very high and have steps to get into them.

Over all we had a nice stay. Easy walk to beach and pool. A little updates recommended but I would go back.
