There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo with beautiful views from balcony and inside condo. We used the heated pool everyday and our kids loved it. Very easy walk to both pool and beach. Convenient as well if you want to eat or shop at the Omni resort area. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet vacation spot with an outstanding view! I would book this again.

Spacious beautiful condo with full views of the ocean from every room! Sunrises in the morning as you wake up and sunsets at the back of the complex. The pool is heated so even on the cool 50-60 degree days you can take a swim. If you’re a tennis or pickleball fan, the court is an easy 3 minute walk from the complex. We would definitely rent again!

We were four women here for one week in October. The condo has plenty of room and is well equipped. It’s in the last building of the large and well kept Omni resort so it’s a nice, quiet area. Beautiful ocean views from every room and two lovely balconies. I think these buildings are from the 80’s so yes, some of the cabinets and bath fixtures are old but everything was comfortable. A nice addition is the incredible sunsets from the back hallways as it’s on the 5th floor above the tree line. We watched them every night. We enjoyed being up high so we could leave the sliders open for fresh air all day and night. We enjoyed the lovely pool one afternoon. I’d recommend renting bikes through Omni at Amelia’s Wheels and riding them on the beach at low tide. 13 miles of beach available. We also really enjoyed Cumberland Island and walking around it. There were several maintenance issues with the condo as no one had been in it for weeks and unless someone tells maintenance about the issues, they remain. The Vacasa team responded well and decided to do repairs after we left which was our choice. Once those repairs are complete, the condo will once again be a great rental.

This unit has one of the best locations on the island. The views are beautiful! The unit needs to be updated throughout including new furniture.
