Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Toilets are very sensitive, do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper. Guests will be charged if back ups occurs.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had two sets of balconies to see the sunrise on one side and sunset on the other...amazing location for this. The condo pool was really nice and well kept. It was all within a peaceful, relaxed and beautiful setting.

My short visit to this condo at Fernandina Beach in late January was wonderful! The ocean view from the front balcony is gorgeous and the bedroom balcony views of the western sky are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable and all furnishings are very nice. A quick text question to the friendly property manager was answered right away. Highly recommend!

LOVED the view and how close this was to the ocean. The size of the condo was great and allowed us to have some space (between us and our kids). Quiet community. The pool was great! Love that there were other families but not too many people!

This was a clean unit with a nice view of the ocean. I don’t like carpet and much of it is carpeted. There were several fixable issues that would improve the next renters’ experience. The glass table in the living room is a hazard. My nephew (47 yrs old) hit his knee multiple times. Bruised and bleeding. The toilet in the king room doesn’t work properly and required plunging several times. A comforter was missing from one of the queen beds. The ice maker doesn’t produce much ice.
