1715 Bluff Villas is a beautifully updated one bedroom, 3rd floor villa. This villa has tile flooring throughout and an updated kitchen. With the open floor plan and queen sleeper sofa, this is the perfect villa for a couple or a small family. Coastal colors and touches make this a beautiful place to relax and come back to year after year!
The dining room has a black table with glass top and seats four. There is a beautiful hutch decorated in navy blue and white with some orange accents. The living room has a Navy blue queen sleeper sofa and two white chairs plus a 43” TV with DVD player. Relax on the cushioned chairs out on the serene balcony, with access from either the living room or the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and beautiful black granite countertops. Stacked washer and dryer are discreetly hidden in the closet in the hall outside of the bathroom. Bathroom has a walk in shower with a double vanity. The master suite has a king bed and 32” TV.
Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach.

Our villa and location were great. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was unavailable. This might change the minds of some. It didn’t appear any work on the pool was n progress, nor were we were we made aware of any arrangements to use another. Please make your guests aware.

At the time of booking, this property’s description listed partial ocean views from the balcony and an oversized tub/shower combo. The views from the balcony were entirely obstructed by an enormous magnolia tree. There was no tub at all, only a shower. These two advertised features were major elements in our selection of this property. Three attempts were made to contact the owner/manager with no response.
