We had a great time. The house was everything we expected - a perfect place for a group of 6. Every convenience was nearby. Would definitely rent again.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and plenty of places to eat. The porch was a great place to relax at night as well.

This location was great for walking to the beach. We were able to come and go to the beach & boardwalk easily. The deck was also really nice to enjoy food at the table or just relax.
Unfortunately, the condo was not very clean. We have twin babies and within minutes of being there one of our toddlers found pretty large pieces of glass on the ground. We then found multiple pieces as we looked. It seemed like a glass was maybe broken but not very well cleaned afterward. The babies feet and legs were black from crawling on the floor and there was food under the beds, candy wrappers in the drawers, etc. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned well.
There was also no beach tags when we arrived (which the listing states is included) and we are still waiting on a refund from John after almost a month.
The location is great but we probably wouldn’t return to this exact condo. I know cleaning services are probably hard to find, but hopefully it will be improved for the next guests!
