About this house rental
Enjoy boating, swimming, crabbing, fishing and much more off your own private dock. This single family home is located on the popular 17th Street Lagoon with private parking. It is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, library and aquatic and fitness center. Inside amenities include air conditioning, televisions in living room and bedrooms, DVD, internet, sleeping for 10, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and updated appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Outside amenities include shower, furniture, two kayaks, canoe, paddleboard and gas grill. Relax on one of three decks while enjoying a breathtaking view of the open bay. There are four full bathrooms and four bedrooms each with overhead fans. The Master Bedroom has a private deck, television, sitting area and private bathroom. All the comforts and amenities you need are there to enjoy while having a fabulous vacation on the bay in beautiful Ocean City NJ.

This was the first time for us on the bay side of OCNJ. Very quiet (off season so i;m sue that helped). Nice clean house. The spiral staircase was of no concern to us, but anyone with any type of walking disability would have serious problems; although, there is a ground floor full bath. Living room furniture is very cozy. Bed were comfortable. Bathrooms were sizable. No complaints. Nice house and loved the three rear porches.

We had an amazing time and loved the outdoor space. The back deck was the highlight. We all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and floating in the bay. Can’t wait to come back.
