About this house rental
Stunning 5 bedroom rental in the Gulf Coast section of Ocean City New Jersey. Enjoy this townhome without the worries of tenants upstairs or down. The rear of this home provides access to an outdoor shower, ample storage space and 2 parking spaces. As you enter the home on the first floor you are greeted by 4 well appointed bedrooms and a hallway full bath. Each bedroom on the first floor has a TV with Roku sticks. The first floor also has a full size washer and dryer. As you walk up to the 2nd floor you will be welcomed by an open floor plan kitchen with large center island, ideal for socializing. The center island has seating for 6 and the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and has everything you need for meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, griddle, keurig and blender. A large sectional sofa in the living has plenty of seating along with a pull-out couch. Down the hallway you will find a well-appointed half bath. At the back of the 2nd floor, you will see the vaulted ceiling continue into the Master suite with a King bed and attached full bath. Outside the dinning area you will walk out to the sun-drenched patio where there is a dining table and 6 chairs for relaxing. Amenities this home has to offer.

Needed to find a location where my family could spend Christmas together. I've rented houses multiple times for the holiday, however, my stay was always in warmer locations. This year, I opted to check out places in NJ so that the travel was limited for most given the current economy. From the beginning, Frank the owner, was very responsive to my many text messages. He even accommodated us on moving our reservation out by a day and he allowed us to leave a little later than the check-out time.Regarding the house: it was very spacious for my family of 11 people. Except for the master bdrm, all of the other bdrm's had more than one bed and most of them were full/queen. The kitchen was well equipped and included eating utensils/dishes/pots. The absolute best was the fact that all of the bdrms had tv's with internet or firesticks which kept everyone happy.Overall, this trip was perfect. If I ever decide to spend Christmas in Jersey again and need a place for everyone, this will be my first pick.
