The loft has a king bed. Two bathrooms are on the main floor, one with a corner shower and one with a tub. A private outdoor shower is also located on the back of the house overlooking two acres of hardwood forest. The outdoor shower is available when there is no threat of freezing temperatures. No pet fee for one well behaved housebroken dog less than 25 lbs. WIFI is provided free of charge, and a smart tv featuring all streaming services to sign on using your accounts. Also all local Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc are available through an HD antenna. Fully equipped kitchen and a propane grill on the deck if you want to cook your own meals. Beautiful wood burning stove with wood provided. Screened porch, deck with dog gates, outdoor fire pit / deck and picnic area. Please see the photos! Parking for one vehicle.
