Welcome to your little piece of heaven on earth! This multi-level condo is located on the Amelia Island Omni Plantation Resort and is within walking distance to the beach and shops. It's perfect for large families or long stays as it boasts plenty of space for everyone. There is a beautiful walkway to the on-site community outdoor pool and beach access. This condo features a large and well-equipped kitchen, a family room and balcony that are great for entertaining, a large dining area, ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, and balcony, and an on-site washer/dryer.
Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
A pool card is required for the community pool.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our time at the condo was great! The condo is tucked back in a gorgeous neighborhood that provides a secluded feel. The walk from the condo to the pool and beach was one of my favorites. The beaches at the condo are perfect! Not too crowded but can always find new families to meet. The condo itself was nice. It could use some upgrades for the cost. Our unit is currently listed for sale so maybe the new owners will want to do that. We had 9 people stay and it fit everyone fairly comfortably. Not all of the tvs worked in the unit and kiddos like to go watch their stuff in the evening so it would have been nice if they all worked. The unit came with four beach chairs and an umbrella which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The temperature in the unit in the living room in the evenings and early morning would auto set to 80…which was too warm. We would turn it down and it would go down a little bit just a warm for our liking. The bedrooms stayed nice and cool at all times. All the being said, we would 100% go back.

Condo was perfect for two families of four! Well stocked kitchen and games/puzzles. Short walk to the pool and beach. Beautiful area to vacation.

The property was in a really nice location. However, the property was very outdated. We enjoyed out trip but definitely felt that the condo was not as shown in photos with listing, or very accommodating to guests (bedding, kitchen accessories, etc.)
