Surround yourself with comfort and luxury at this home in the gated resort community of Amelia Island Plantation. This home includes a tropical screened back terrace with a private saltwater plunge pool and a spillover spa.
Features include Pella windows, a 30-foot ceiling with a cupola, clerestory windows that allow for great ambient light, concrete-block exterior walls, Brazilian cherry floors, and three-panel disappearing doors that lead to the travertine pool terrace (with an option to heat the pool). Enjoy an outdoor kitchen and a top-of-the-line indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the formal dining space.
At night, you'll find that all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the dual primary suites. A fifth bonus space has a balcony with a view of the pool below.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
The pool is serviced every Tuesday, yard/landscaping serviced every Friday
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 400 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would of perfect if they had gas for the stove. We stopped by the grocery store so we could cook and there was no gas wasted money on food to ck

Cute home with nice large bedrooms and ample space for our large party. We enjoyed that it was a quick walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool! Loved the Omni resort being close for food and a little shopping.
The house could benefit from some pest control, pool tile maintenance, and dryer vent cleaning. Both dryers did not dry clothes well at all.

We didn’t originally book this house. We were moved here after an issue with our original villa. This house had 4 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen had updated appliances. There was a comfortable den upstairs and downstairs and a nice bar on the main floor. This house can easily accommodate 8 people without feeling crowded. We also enjoyed the screened in pool. It is a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed on the 1st floor MUCH too high & I had to fold the lg pillows to climb in, as I'm only 5'2". I had asked about hair dryers and was told there was 1 in each bathroom. There was 1 in the whole house. There were far too many switches & although labeled, hard to place what they connected to. Clothes dryer needed to be run several times for normal clothes to dry.
