There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the end of March.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our long weekend beach getaway! We had absolutely everything we needed to cook meals, and the condo had plenty of room for all 6 of us to eat together and watch tv. Bedroom and bathrooms were great sizes and beautifully renovated! Will definitely choose this one again when we come back to Amelia Island.

This was a great place for our family vacation that included our 87 year old matriarch. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and nearby location of the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied since we cooked most of our own meals. The boardwalk to the ocean and pool were helpful for our older family member. An overall lovely experience!
