About this house rental
This luxury home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a bright, sunny den or 4th bedroom, with pull-out queen sleeper sofa. We’re a five minute walk to the ocean. The beach access is directly across from the house!
Our home has an open floor-plan, hardwood floors, and a wall of glass across the entire back, bringing in the light and gorgeous green space view. Come enjoy the spacious great room with stone fireplace, large desk and game table for four. The upscale dining room seats eight comfortably but for a special family occasion, you could squeeze in 10. The very large, modern kitchen has generous work spaces, as well as a sunny breakfast table for eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite Jacuzzi bath, wheelchair accessible shower and private toilet. There is also a guest half-bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bath with twin sinks and lots of storage space.
Outside is a 650 sq ft. deck with seating for 14 plus 2 chaise lounges and a fabulous glider that the kids will flock to. Enjoy the views of the iconic Ocean Links golf course, now a green space used by runners, bikers and walkers. A new Weber gas grill is also on the back deck for your use. Beach chairs and and beach wagon will be in the garage for your use. When you get back from your walk home from the beach there is an outdoor shower to rinse off located near the garage. Come and enjoy the 1300 acres and miles of bike and walking trails providing beautiful scenery at every turn on this beautiful resort community!

Questions were answered in a very timely manner before our stay. House was exactly as pictured and was clean. Was the perfect space for our daughter’s wedding weekend on Omni property.

We were there for a 5 night stay during the most expensive time of year. Paid top dollar for stay at a secluded resort where quiet is expected. Instead, as soon as we arrived there was a roofing company tearing up the roof over the master bedroom to repair a previous repair under warrantee. That roofer was there for 4 of the 5 days making plenty of noise on the roof during the entire day! In addition, the advertisement claimed there was a new gas grill outside. That was a complete falsehood. It appeared old enough to have its interior paint chipping off and it was beyond cleanable. I asked for the management firm to have the owner contact me for an adjustment and was told by the management firm the owner was not giving back any of the cost of the stay. Expect the same arrogant greedy lack of accountability if something breaks down in the future at this home like a A/C unit. Not even VRBO would consider that covered under the "Confidence Guarantee.
