House was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Only suggestion is to have house numbers to be seen from the road. Difficult to locate the house originally.

Great location close to Rend Lake and Benton. Easy access to property. Property was well maintained, clean and well equipped. Host was accessible and made sure we were fully satisfied and in need of nothing..

Went for fishing trip group of 4. As others have stated, turning around and parking are challenging with two trucks and boat, but doable. Mike was fine with and even suggested driving through grass to get turned around as long as it wasn’t raining. Unfortunately it rained two of the four days we were there. We managed. Property could use a little maintenance but was fine for our purpose.

Everything was as the said it was. The only thing that was wrong was the fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The chain was missing and no room to turn a boat around in driveway. But other than that we all enjoyed our stay there. We will be back again!!!!
