Come enjoy our original Turkey Farmhouse. From the original hardwood floors to the farmhouse style kitchen cabinets. With a gorgeous view from the sunroom or screened in porch. You can watch wildlife or just enjoy your morning coffee. This home sits on 7 acres and it located just minutes from Rend Lake. The home has 3 bedrooms ( king bed, queen, 1 full, and 2 twin, 1 bath with a large living room and dining room perfect for your entire family or a hunters retreat. We allow a dog for a fee of$40 per stay. If a pet is brought on the property without paying the fee an additional $100 will be added to your stay. We allow a dog for a fee of$40 per stay.

It was very welcoming and relaxing. We loved that Miranda thought of the little things, like cooking essentials, extra towels, and board games. The only thing we recommend is maybe a mirror in the bedrooms for the ladies. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we look forward to staying again.

The house was ok in general. We were not aware it was right on Hwy 37 which made for hearing a lot of traffic. A few suggestions:
- Put up curtains in the bedrooms as tthe blinds do not keep out all the light.
- Put dressers in the bedrooms
- Put a nightstand on both sides of the bed in the main bedroom. My wife uses a CPAP machine, and we had to move another nightstand on her side of the bed to accommodate her CPAP machine.
- Put a shelf or vanity in the bathroom.
- Install a fan in the bathroom.
